Russell Stutely is an advocate of good old fashioned
serious training. You know why? Well, it works is the simple
answer. As long as you train smart. No point in training
harder than everyone else if what you are doing is
ineffective!
To that end each Seminar is an in depth learning
experience. You are NOT THERE to train so hard that you
puke. You are there to learn and absorb.. there is a massive
difference.
You will be given more information that you thought
possible in four hours.
Take the information away with you, absorb it, drill it,
learn it, own it and apply it to what you do. Be ready for a
MASSIVE transformation in your skill level.
As a general rule at a seminar with Russell:
